Getting help for depression
If you think that you might be depressed, the good news is that there are heaps of people who can help you assess the situation and deal with it. Having someone you believe in to talk with during the tougher times will always prove useful. It's your choice. Try to remember this may take time and there may be good days and not so good ones. You might start by talking to your local family doctor, a family member or a friend, all of whom can then refer you to a counsellor if necessary.
