Tetracyclic antidepressants
One tetracyclic antidepressant, mianserin, is available in Australia.

The brandnames are Tolvon and Lumin.
The most common side-effect is drowsiness. Mianserin also increases the sedative effects of other drugs, including alcohol. Other possible problems include arthritis and a fall in the body's production of white blood cells. Both these effects are reversible on stopping the drug.
