Why Anxiety should be treated

Relaxation techniques.
Techniques such as systematically tensing and relaxing muscles throughout the body, physical exercise and guided imagery are also helpful in treating generalised anxiety disorder. Biofeedback - learning to perceive and control unconscious or involuntary bodily processes - is sometimes used. These relaxation techniques can also help people discover a better balance in maintaining commitments and activities, and dealing with the feelings of not being able to do everything perfectly.
